Come and see the heavy horses that built our nation. 2018 marks the 41st official Clydesdale and Heavy Horse Field Days in Australia. Today's Clydesdale, Shire, Percheron and Australian Draught horse breeds all have ancestral roots that stem back to when the first settlers brought their horses to explore Australia.

To relive history there will be working exhibitions and displays of heavy horses in action. There will be the beautiful and decorated harness display, working team ploughing, obstacle courses, breed judging and ridden events in dressage and barrel racing. We also have the beautiful Gypsy Cobs and an authentic Gypsy Wagon.

There is the shoeing competition, wagon rides, pony rides, face painting, craft demonstrations and historic vintage vehicles.

There is plenty of hot espresso coffee, camp oven cooking, the dining room for a sit down roast dinner and there are plenty of hamburgers and sandwiches for those on the go.
