It's the last day of long weekend and we invite you to come and share Wishbone Day as a community. This is an international awareness day for Osteogenesis Imperfecta (OI), otherwise known as ‘brittle bones’. OI is a genetic condition that someone is born with and will always carry throughout their life. It primarily affects the bones, causing them to be fragile. As OI is very rare, affecting an estimated 6 to 7 per 100,000 people worldwide; therefore it is important that we continue to raise awareness for OI.

This day will be a fun opportunity to engage and connect with our community, share our experiences, advocate, empower and educate.

Bring the family, friends, the dog and everyone else and FOR FREE enjoy the pony rides, farm animals, arts & crafts, face painting, market stalls, games and more. There will be a Colour Run as well with entry being a gold coin donation (preferred). Food and drink will be available to purchase on site from food stalls or Cahill Park Cafe. Plus a sausage sizzle and coffee van!  Market stalls offering lots of goodies at reasonable prices will be operating during the day.

Wear a yellow t-shirt to support Wishbone Day.

If you would like to have a stall, contact Sueallen on 0418 163 673 or email wishbonefunday@outlook.com.
