The famous Big Breakfast is back!

Head to the Laidley Pioneer Village this Australia Day for a family friendly event with loads to see and do. Chill out and relax to the live entertainment from local artists, or watch old trades in action with the woodworking and blacksmithing demonstrations. 

The Laidley Pioneer Village is the first established pioneer village - Laidley Pioneer Village and Museum, which was first opened in 1972. It has an extensive collection of old buildings, displays, collectables and machinery providing a glimpse of what life was like for the early pioneers.

Gates open at 7.45am for breakfast and the flag raising ceremony delivered by the Lockyer Light Horse troop begins at 9.30am.
