It's Australia Day, and what better way to celebrate than join the community as we acknowledge people that make the Lockyer Valley a great place to live, work and play. On Wednesday 26 January, we will gather as a community for the Australia Day Awards Ceremony from 9am, followed by the Citizenship Ceremony from 11am. The ceremonies will be delivered in line with COVID Safe restrictions at the time.

There will be seats for public attendance with bookings open from midday on Tuesday 11 January 2022 via www.lockyervalleytickets.com.au. Tickets are free and registering will assist with catering and seating requirements. Morning tea will be on offer in the park from 10.30am. So join us as we Reflect on the past year and the selfless sacrifice of first responders and frontline workers, the resilience of the community; Respect the history, stories and contributions of all Australians and Celebrate the achievements of individuals and the community as a whole.
