It's a step back in time, a "remember when" day for the family, it experiencing a day at school for Grandma - so many memories all wrapped up in the Lockyer Valley Heritage Festival. Two venues in Laidley welcome locals and visitors alike to experience the cultural heritage and beginnings of settlement in the Lockyer Valley.

Laidley Pioneer Village & Museum offer the “Big Brekky” plus all day menu;  Musicians jam session; Small engines & Blacksmith displays; Vintage cars and farm machinery; Colouring competition;  Fossicking area for kids; Highland dancers; vintage tractors. Stroll around the historic buildings on display and don't miss the milking shed or the slab hut. This venue is open from 8.30am - 2.30pm and you won't want to miss the Big Brekky!

Das Neumann Haus, Cafe & Museum offers free entry to the house museum, markets and park area. Open from 9am - 3pm you will enjoy the  Markets; Music by Vintage Gold and of course, Annie's Cafe with lots to tempt the taste buds.
