Picture yourself suspended in the air floating gently to the resonance of sound. You will be guided through very gentle movement whilst cocooned in your silk just above the floor whilst enveloped in waves of sound from crystal singing bowls.

Me Aerial Restorative Yoga & Sound - A Unique Experience that will unwind the nervous system, Release Tension & Stress. The effects from this experience will resonate within you for many days after. Held last Sun of each month.

What to Expect - (No skill set or experience needed. The silk is approx knee height off floor.)
Guided breathwork, some soft and easy restorative poses that will be held for few minutes all to music that’s been selected to correspond with bringing your vibration higher. Now that your body is relaxed, the space will be filled with the harmonies from the sound bowls creating a deeply immersive sensory journey. The ultimate in relaxation and resetting the nervous system.
