Every Wednesday Mulgowie Public hosts Chair Yoga for the Community - attendance is by a gold coin donation.

Wellness Wednesdays are a community well-being and connection initiative.

Restorative Yoga is also on every Wednesday at 6pm at Mulgowie Hall.
