The Laidley Cultural Centre will transform into a colourful paradise for the festival! Be wowed by the incredible Spring Orchid Show in the main auditorium created by the Lockyer Valley Orchid Society. From the delightful Vandas through to the magnificent Cymbidiums – they will delight and enthral even the most passionate orchid lover. The range of colours on display is like a magic carpet and yes, there will be plants for sale again this year. You will need to be quick though, they tend to sell out early in the festival. Workshops on offer are:

Thursday - 11am  Repotting Orchids, Bruce Vayro, Lockyer Valley Orchid Society
                -   1pm  Preparing your Soil to grow Succulents, Sharon, Lockyer Landscaping
Friday      - 11am  Getting the Best from your Geraniums, Wendy, Just Geraniums
                -   1pm  Orchid Culture, Bruce Vayro, Lockyer Valley Orchid Society

In the foyer, there will be a range of stalls for you to visit and perhaps purchase your festival souvenir. 
Visit the Botanical Cafe featuring the Laidley Garden Club for a wide selection of homemade goodies, sandwiches and drinks each day. Set amongst magnificent displays of foliage and plants, there will be lots of plants for sale at the stalls and people from the Garden Club on site to chat with you about all things in the garden. Other exciting stalls will be located in the Botanical Cafe, making it easy for you to browse during your morning tea or lunch stop.

Entry to the Laidley Cultural Centre is free giving access to the cafe, bathrooms and market stalls. The Spring Orchid Show has a small entry fee of only $3 adults.
